Abans Global Broking (IFSC) Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated in the International Financial Service Centre (IFSC), GIFT Gujarat in 2016 under the Companies Act, 2013. It is a SEBI regulated entity authorized to conduct dealings in IFSC GIFT. Apart from providing broking services, AGBIPL is also in the process of obtaining a license from SEBI to act as a discretionary and non-discretionary Portfolio Manager for international clients.
